Tinia srl ha partecipato all’Avviso Bridge to Digital 2020 pubblicato sul BUR della Regione Umbria il 25 maggio 2020 ottenendo con Determinazione Dirigenziale N.9038 del 12/10/2020 un contributo pari ad euro 8.550,00 a fronte di una spesa pari ad euro 11.400,00.
IL CONTRIBUTO È STATO COFINANZIATO PER UNA QUOTA DEL 50% DALLE RISORSE DEL POR FESR 2014 – 2020 ASSE III – AZIONE 3.7.1 E PER LA RESTANTE PARTE DA RISORSE NAZIONALI E REGIONALI.

Sintesi del progetto: Il progetto ha permesso a Tinia srl di dotarsi di una soluzione CRM erogata in cloud per automatizzare l’intero processo relativo a vendita e post-vendita delle soluzioni software sviluppate dall’azienda (in particolare per la piattaforma software di gestione e monitoraggio del verde pubblico) e offrire la necessaria scalabilità per gestire l’attività commerciale a livello nazionale; l’obiettivo del progetto è garantire un incremento delle quote di mercato, migliorare la redditività delle vendite ed i tempi di risposta verso il cliente, consentire una gestione organizzata anche di un numero elevato di trattative e gare pubbliche, ed ottenere infine una maggiore fidelizzazione della clientela.
Tinia srl participated in the Bridge to Digital 2020 Notice published in the BUR of the Umbria Region on 25 May 2020, obtaining a contribution of € 8,550.00 with Executive Determination N.9038 of 12/10/2020 against an expense of € 11,400.00.
THE CONTRIBUTION WAS CO-FINANCED FOR A SHARE OF 50% BY THE RESOURCES OF THE POR FESR 2014 – 2020 AXIS III – ACTION 3.7.1 AND FOR THE REMAINING PART BY NATIONAL AND REGIONAL RESOURCES.

Project summary: The project allowed Tinia srl to equip itself with a CRM solution delivered in the cloud to automate the entire process relating to the sale and post-sale of the software solutions developed by the company (in particular for the management software platform and monitoring of public parks) and offer the necessary scalability to manage the commercial activity at national level; the objective of the project is to guarantee an increase in market shares, improve the profitability of sales and response times to the customer, allow an organized management of a large number of negotiations and public tenders, and finally obtain greater customer loyalty.
